Coding, virginizing and comissioning of control units
Using specialist equipment—both dealer-grade and from leading European manufacturers—the engineers at Doctor Benz carry out coding, programming, virginizing, calibration and comissioning of control units.
We use only genuine dealer diagnostic systems in our work, which enables us to update, calibrate, reset and commission control units online via a direct connection to the manufacturer’s server, so you won’t need to contact a dealer.
It is quite common to find yourself in a situation where it is impossible to buy a new control unit—for example, for older vehicles—or where such a purchase is not economically viable. In such cases, we always try to help our customers by virginizing and comissioning a second-hand control unit and programming it to work with their vehicle, thereby saving them both time and money.
The ECU Doctor Benz workshop also carries out work on components related to anti-theft security, such as the FBS3 and FBS4 systems (Mercedes-Benz), CAS (BMW), KVM (Land Rover), Smart Key ECU and ID Code Box (Toyota).
This enables Doctor Benz customers to bring even the most complex issues to the workshop, such as the repair and replacement of ignition locks, problems with ESL and ELV electronic locking systems, and malfunctioning engine and gearbox control units.
